Hatha yoga is one of the most ancient forms of yoga. It is the source in which other styles of yoga sprouted from. "Hatha" means "sun"(ha) and "moon"(tha). So essentially, the yoga of balance!

Hatha yoga typically holds each pose for 3-5 rounds of breath. The idea of holding each asana allows for deeper understanding, proper alignment, and intention behind each posture.

*All sessions range from 1-2 hours and are priced on a sliding scale depending on the length of time and how many people.
